Any threat assessment... including the completed intake form referenced in the June 4, 2025 email chain with subject "Intake form to help with assessment," and all records showing how CT Security or HR first learned that Henk Meyers might attend a CT board meeting.
Following up on our phone call. Attached is the case intake which will help in determining level of severity and next steps.
Do we believe this person will show up to the board meeting online or in person?... Yes, there is a concern that they will attempt to sla[n]der protected person at the Board meeting.
I think it would be reasonable to deny any public comment from this individual per the court order despite it being unserved. I'll discuss with Scott as we may need to run it through legal and then coordinate with IT and Rachel for the board meeting.
No records of the intake form. They had already produced it. The threat they assessed was public comment.

Due to the volume of records requests we are currently processing in our program and the scope of this request additional time is needed to locate the records.
So, the 5 day is due tomorrow. This is the one that involves an employee with a protection order against the requester. Shall I push the due date out a few weeks while we work on collecting responsive records?
Yes, let's do that.
Will do. I still need to start the search and will get that in motion tomorrow.
"Currently working on collecting." The search had not started. The reason was not volume.

Please do not act on this request at this time. The individual is a disgruntled family member of a CT employee who is lashing out in a variety of directions. A court order is in the works and Transit Security has been notified.
This is the one that involves an employee with a protection order against the requester.
Not relevant to the processing. Only the reason the processing stopped.

I do. I have email in both my sent and deleted as well as Teams chat… In addition, an email redirect was put in place during this time and updated for emails received from email accounts used by Henk Meyers.
Fifteen copies of Henk's emails, pulled out of the Barracuda filter and saved into the IT manager's mailbox.
No responsive records. Fifteen of them in one mailbox.

I have an upcoming hearing and would like to request all emails from May 29th and June to date sent to me and anyone else in the agency from any of these email addresses
This will complete that request and I will be FTP'ing them to the requestor. Time spent, 1 hour.

Hi Ann, looks like emails from him are still coming through to me on work email. Can we block all his emails?
The request asked for emails referencing me. They searched for emails with me in them. This one sat in her mailbox the whole time.

Teams Chat 30 Day Retain & Delete. Created July 31, 2025, while 25-123 was open. Modified December 18, 2025, fifteen days after the federal complaint.
Microsoft Teams is used for office phone communications and those retentions are set to 90 days per limitation of the Microsoft Teams call/chat platform.
Ten-year-old email survived. Five-month-old Teams chat did not. Thirty days in November, ninety in April, and none of the five policies they produced says ninety.

About these
Every quote on this page came out of a Community Transit records production: its NextRequest timelines, the internal email it produced under later requests, its own retention-policy exports and phone bills. Where a quote is shortened, the cut is marked. Nothing is paraphrased inside quotation marks.
The agency does not publish records requests, so none of this can be looked up on its portal. Anyone can ask for the same records. The request numbers are on every receipt.
